Flashing installed over a window on the east side of the
barracks. Other photos showed the tarp covering here. Note that the old
siding has been partly removed.

April 18 -- Inside the reservoir
Workers are setting rebar on the columns inside the
reservoir. Sun is shining through holes in the top, which are for rebar
dowels that go through the holes. Those rebar dowels will effectively tie
the new columns to the new slab on top.

display lighting and fire sprinklers.
