Eastbay Sites -- East northeast side of the island

bullet#1 -- Open site, with a view, generally protected from the wind.
bullet#2 -- Pretty close to #3, sheltered in a pine grove.
bullet#3 -- A view and some shelter, a small site on a slope.

 

Ridge Sites -- Southwest side of the island

bullet#4 -- Open space with a view of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Can be windy.

 

bullet#5 -- Some shelter, partial view of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge.

 

bullet#6 -- No view, but more wind sheltered, near a public area.

 

Sunrise Sites -- East side of the island

bullet#7, #8, and #9 -- very close together, good for groups when all three sites are reserved.  Can be windy.  View of east bay, Treasure Island, etc.

ADA Camp -- Northwest side of the island

bulletClose to the perimeter road near Camp Reynolds.

Kayak Camp -- Northwest side of the island

bulletThis site is below the perimeter road near Camp Reynolds, with beach access.

Service Camp -- Northeast side of the island

bulletOnly available for groups performing service projects on the island.  Reserve up to seven months in advance through the park at (415) 435-5390 (not ReserveAmerica). The service camp is very popular and advanced planning is recommended.
