On August 5 and 6, 2006, 1860-1890 era homes and a
bake house on Angel Island were open to visitors.
Shown below are scenes from the event. The
Surgeon's and Pharmacist's Houses are residences of the park
superintendent and a state park ranger,
and are off limits to visitors except during these special days. We
greatly appreciate their willingness to share their historical homes with
us!
