Support the work of the Angel Island Association by adopting an Angel Light using the form below. Lights will appear at the top of Angel Island nightly starting at 7pm November 30 and then at dusk December 1 through January 1.

Please complete and print this form to adopt lights and request certificates or use our online form to pay using Paypal. You may fax to (415) 435-2950, or mail the completed form to AIA, P.O. Box 866, Tiburon, CA 94920. Checks for your tax deductible contribution should be made to Angel Island Association. Credit card payments may be made by fax, mail, or by phone to AIA at (415) 435-3972. For more than 2 certificates, please copy this form or use our online certificate form.
